- first the "populist" way, that ... has called "Do It Yourself Economics" : it's the belief from a very huge part of people that they are able to understand economic issues by using only their own logical thought. But people are not necessarily, in average, intelligent, and by this way economic analysis is very often completely wrong... It is not a good way for understanding economic issues, and the problem is worse when people that doing this kind of economic "analysis" are politicians, or journalists, i.e. people that are mediaticaly good-represented...
- so, I prefer to defend a better vision of economic analysis : the vision coming from experts. I'm not myself an expert, and I'm not convinced that experts are the only voice of truth. But their are nevertheless a significant one.
The goal of this blog is thus to permit an "expert economic analysis", coming from me and by using expert tools. During my studies I was student in Toulouse, France, that is one's of the most important center in economics in Europa (and maybe in the world too).
And maybe more, I will refuse every kind of "Do It Yourself Economics", and I will do everything I can to fight against it. This blog is thus a good example of that...
